How do I book a home?
You can book a vacation rental directly on this website 24/7, by using the "check availability box" to the left. Get an instant quote, than select "Book Now." Or you can contact our office at [email protected]800-679-3771 and we will be happy to take your reservation over the phone.  
 
What should I expect once I've reserved my dates?
1. Confirmation of booking with credit card receipt 
2. Link to a rental contract you can sign and return online
3. Email from Vacation Rental Authority with restaurants, activities, etc. 
4. Payment reminder prior to 60 day payment being due
5. Driving Directions to property and Entry Code, along with arrival instructions, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival

Do you offer free concierge services?
Yes!  It is our job to make sure your stay in north Idaho is as memorable as possible. We've found the best way to see the sights is by tapping into the experience and knowledge of friendly locals, so that is exactly what we are in business to do. Once you have a memory-making place to stay, we take our Guest Services to the next level. Our local experts answer your questions and point you to the best hiking, biking, skiing or swimming spots in the area. 
 
What is there to do in N. Idaho?
Each season of the year brings unique beauty and fun in this area of the world. Nearly anything you can imagine is available to do, and Vacation Rental Authority will set it up at no cost to you.  Want a private boat tour of Lake Coeur d’Alene? No problem. Need ski passes for Schweitzer, 49 Degrees or Silver Mountain? We have them. Bike rentals? Paddle boards? Photographer for unforgettable family photos? Done. Our contact list is long and we take care of as much (or as little) as you like.
 
Can I bring my pet with me?

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are designed to feel like you are coming "home" when you enter, rather than to a small hotel room.  Each of our rental homes feature a fully stocked kitchen, including silverware, plates, glasses, cookware and appliances.  Save money by cooking some meals in your vacation rental, and spread out for some private time throughout the house.  When traveling with multiple adults, couples or families, you will find vacation rentals provide privacy with multiple bedrooms, while also allowing for common space to gather.
 
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.  All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database, only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.
 
How can I protect my investment?

What is your cancellation policy?
There are no refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.  Cancellations with more than 60 days notice will be re-booked if possible, and a 90% refund of your deposit is issued upon re-booking. 
 
EXCEPTION: No refunds for reservations which include the day of CDA Ironman.
