On this lower level, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a nearby half bathroom. Upstairs, the stunning and spacious master bedroom has a king bed, huge TV, walk-in closet, office desk, French doors to a private balcony with seating and the attached master bathroom. This spa-like area has a double sinks, a luxurious tile shower and a separate room for the toilet. A cozy sitting area, queen bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub and two bedrooms—one with a full bed and one with a twin over full bunk bed—are also located in the home’s upper level.

The condo was better than described and exceeded our expectations. We travel frequently and generally prefer condo's to hotels. This rental has to rank at the top of the list of places we've stayed in the US and Europe. The place was clean, well appointed, perfectly located within short walking distance of nearby restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. One of our primary concerns when renting is the quality and comfort of the bedding, all of which was fantastic at this location. We slept like babies!! Additionally, the condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We are trying to determine dates we can return next year.

My wife and I spent a week at this awesome 4 bdrm townhome located on a quite street just a 2 minute walk to the main street in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Just steps away from all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The lake is a short 10 minute walk for all of your water activities including Swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and the list goes on. This home is loaded with things to do. Shuffle board, ping pong, foosball, bikes, kayaks and more. There is also two electric bikes that have a range of over 25 miles to ride around the paved trails around the lake. If you like to play games, there is a whole slew of board games for all ages. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the fully stocked kitchen with a complete array of pots and pans and accessories. And the best part is having coffee on the balcony in the morning sun. I quarantine you won't be disappointed.

This particular house is in excellent shape it is very conveniently located. We moored our boat at Silver beach marina less than 5 mins away with plenty of parking in secure lot for daily use. Wifi worked well which isnt always the case with homes on the lake its a property we will likely use again if available. An advantage to this place versus others we have rented in previous years is that its lication is in town versus travelling 30 plus minutes up a windy narrow road to properties down the lake its easy to find and has plenty room for parking. Plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The VRA team was great to work with from booking to prearrival information right through our stay they responded quickly to our questions and looked after a couple deliveries we had. We have another property booked in August and expect another seamless vacation. We loved our stay and had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely recommend to our friends. The homes we and our family rented were great! The rental, check-in, and check-out processes were easy and user friendly. Any questions we had were answered promptly.I especially loved the gorgeous balcony off of the master bedroom. It is shaded in the summer but provides a fun perspective of a great neighborhood.
