Tubb’s Hill, the Coeur d’Alene Public Library, and McEuen Park and Dog Park (featuring a splash pad and playground) are all less than a 10 minute walk from this pet-friendly home. You can’t beat the location right in the middle of everything that downtown Coeur d’Alene has to offer—including public beaches, parks, shopping, dining and entertainment.
You’ll be just as wowed by the space and amenities as you are by the ideal location. This three bedroom home has two rooms with king beds and one room with a queen bed and twin bunk bed. Great for kiddos, the upstairs bonus room has 2 queen sleeper sofas—plus a large TV, desk and game table with seating for 8. On the bathroom front, the master offers a luxurious experience with double sinks, a shower and heated floors. The second upgraded full bathroom has a shower/tub combo and there’s also a convenient half bathroom.
Filled with light, the welcoming living room is equipped with two leather couches, a leather chair, TV and fireplace. The nearby fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals easy with a double oven and large granite countertops. When it’s time to eat, the kitchen bar has seating for 3 and the adjacent wooden dining table seats 6 more. The close proximity allows everyone to join the conversation, whether they’re seated at the bar or the table.

We had some exceptional circumstances with our stay as our original rental house went up for sale unexpectedly. VRA contacted us and offered a few solutions which included some upgrades due to the inconvenience. The VRA staff were extremely polite and friendly as well as 100% competent to accommodate all our needs. Even the electronic communications I received from VRA were easy to understand and gave me all the pertinent information. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!

Beautiful, clean house with ALL the amenities one could ask for! The location of this house is amazing, especially if you have kids, prefer to walk rather than drive and like to be centrally located in CDA. House is close to Tubbs Hill, the Lake CDA, plenty of restaurants and shops, two big city parks with playgrounds and two public beaches. The house has a wonderful, spacious interior and even a big fenced in the back yard for kids. The house even had beach chairs, beach towels, and some kids toys! One of the best vacation rentals I have ever experienced!

Great communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bancroft house. It was very clean, well appointed, well stocked and very comfortable. It was perfect for our multi generational family stay, accommodating both our time together and our privacy as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Would be a perfect location in the summer, and was easily accessible for our winter stay.
